How do the free Christmas-light mockups work?
Upload a clear front exterior photo with your contact details. We review the property and prepare three visual options with custom prices.
Do I own the holiday lights?
No. Neighborhood Exterior Care owns and stores the custom-fit display, which you lease for the season.
What does the holiday package include?
Commercial-grade lighting, installation, in-season support, removal after the holidays and storage for next season.
What is the early-install offer?
An installation on or before October 24 receives 10% off the final package price. Dates from October 25 onward do not receive the discount.
Why might my house need a custom review?
Large homes, steep or unusually complex roofs, insufficient photos and other access or design factors need staff review before final pricing.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 50% of the final price. The remaining balance is due at installation. Online deposits will be available when checkout is connected.
