Frequently asked questions
Do I own the lights?
No. The custom-fit display is leased for the season and remains property of Neighborhood Exterior Care.
What if a bulb goes out?
In-season support is included. Contact us and we will arrange service.
Are removal and storage included?
Yes. We remove the lights after the holidays and store the display for next season.
Can I choose colors?
Yes. Tell us your preference when you submit your home photo.
Why does pricing vary?
Home size, stories, roof complexity and the selected design affect the final custom price.
How much reserves my date?
A 50% deposit will reserve an available date when PayPal checkout is enabled. The balance is due at installation.
